Join us for the WOSB Opportunity Forum on June 27, 2013 in Washington, DC. Presented at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on behalf of the Small Business Administration (SBA), Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), and American Express OPEN (OPEN), this event will feature critical information for WOSBs who want to do business with HHS, making this an event you do not want to miss.
This special event will feature HHS acquisition officials, program managers, small business specialists and prime contractors who collaborate to fulfill the Department of Health and Human Services contracting requirements.
In FY12, HHS awarded $7.6B in contracts to small businesses with over $929M to woman-owned small businesses. This event will provide attendees an in-depth overview of HHS fourth-quarter spending priorities as well as insight into becoming a successful subcontractor with some of our largest prime contractors. Seating is limited, so register NOW!
A few special notes on our program:
- A photo I.D. will be required for registration and security.
- We are pleased to be hosted in the Department of Health and Human Services for this event. Event registration will open at 8:00am and the program will begin at 9:00am. Please allow thirty minutes to clear building secruity for the event.
- Please plan to take public transit to the event, parking near the Department of Health and Human Services is extremely limited.
