Join Tracie for a Chakra balancing yoga practice for all levels, followed by a Chakra meditation. The Chakras are energy channels that facilitate the movement of prana or chi, helping to move energy throughout the body. Prana or chi is the life force energy that resides in all of us. We will begin with a short introduction to the chakras. The yoga practice will stimulate each of the chakras, encouraging the flow of energy. After the practice we will transition into a chakra meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.

Tracie Zamiska is a Reiki Master and a Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She has been studying reiki, yoga and the chakras for several years and loves providing her clients with ways to promote relaxation and general wellness. She has been trained primarily in Ashtanga yoga, which is a type of vinyasa flow practice.
