4 HSPU to AbMats or 4 Hand Release Push Ups (knees OK)
8 KB Swings (53/35 or 44/25 or 25/20)
Partner Assist Stipulation - If you are going RX and you get "stuck" at a movement for more than 1 minute, you can "tag" in your partner to complete all the reps of that movement for you for that round. You may only use this "tag" once during the WOD!
