This is an exclusive banquet for individuals with cerebral palsy and their families, caregivers, and health care providers. We will be offering a variety of banquet-style foods for up to 150 people. Because seats are limited, please register as soon as possible.
This event is free of charge, but will only be provided to those who formally register through Eventbrite up until the maximum amount of guests (150) have registered. A ticket must be reserved for each guest that plans to attend. Please also provide a reason for qualification to attend this banquet for each person in your party in the additional space designated after your first or last name (eg. "James, Guest of Honor" [has CP], "John, Father of James," "Sarah, Caretaker of James," etc).
There will be signs that provide directions from both of the FGCU entrances. They will direct you to the closest parking garage to the Cohen Center as well as to the banquet, which is in the outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor of the Cohen Center. An elevator is located inside for easy maneuvering. Please arrive promptly - food will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. We look forward to seeing you there! Call Elizabeth at 239-682-4547 with any questions!
