Sales Funnel Management: The Mathematics of Marketing at Work
For a lot of businesses, January is a month for review and closing out the numbers from a prior year. As we reset all of our goals, the new year can be a time of fresh beginnings, as well as daunting challenges. This can be especially true when it comes to sales. Even if you had a good year, the pressure to grow that top line is always there.
With this is mind, our next Knowledge Networking topic will focus on Sales Management.
Deb Angstadt, who does sales management consulting and coaching for clients at Warren Whitney, will be our moderator. She will review the fundamentals of the sales funnel then lead an interactive exchange where members will talk about ways to use the funnel to manage their business development efforts more effectively. Our objective will be to help you discover ways to get more out of your sales program, whether it is through better management of your sales staff or improvement in your own selling techniques.
About Knowledge Network
Knowledge Network is an informal gathering of Virginia Council of CEOs members, sponsors and guests for the purpose of sharing knowledge and experience. Lunch is provided.
The big idea is that the experts are in the room. Entrepreneurs learn best from other entrepreneurs. Come learn from the experts, and be prepared to share your experiences as well.
The Virginia Council of CEOs is a non-profit association that serves SMB CEOs by connecting them so that they can learn from each other. VACEOs members connect through: highly effective peer roundtables; unique learning events; and socials.
Interested in learning more? Just follow the leaders.
CEOs who are interested in membership are welcome to attend as guests. VACEOs members enjoy a unique "safe haven" culture. This means that we don't come to meetings like this one to sell anything, only to share and learn.
We connect CEOs of small and mid-sized Virginia companies through peer roundtables and exclusive learning events.
In order to purchase these tickets in installments, you'll need an Eventbrite account. Log in or sign up for a free account to continue.
