Sales Funnel Management: The Mathematics of Marketing at Work
For a lot of businesses, January is a month for review and closing out the numbers from a prior year. As we reset all of our goals, the new year can be a time of fresh beginnings, as well as daunting challenges. This can be especially true when it comes to sales. Even if you had a good year, the pressure to grow that top line is always there.
With this is mind, our next Knowledge Networking topic will focus on Sales Management.
Deb Angstadt, who does sales management consulting and coaching for clients at Warren Whitney, will be our moderator. She will review the fundamentals of the sales funnel then lead an interactive exchange where members will talk about ways to use the funnel to manage their business development efforts more effectively. Our objective will be to help you discover ways to get more out of your sales program, whether it is through better management of your sales staff or improvement in your own selling techniques.
