SHIFT-READINESS: The turning-point business accelerator!
“We never know what our turning points will bring, so it is what we bring to our turning points that matters most”.
Turning Points are the moments in the life of your business when something shifts the status quo: a change in leadership, a merger or acquisition, a family issue, conflict among peers, the need to downsize or add staff, or even the realization that the company is doing the same thing over and over without improving results. Each turning point is the catalyst that demands a SHIFT in action AND a SHIFT from doing business as usual. But it is how you shift that determines whether your turning points transform or trample.
Rosemary DiDio Brehm is Founder and President of turningpoints2results, a consulting firm specializing in Business, Organizational, and Individual Transitions.
