Event Details

Join the Double Check Ranch family as we celebrate the true meaning of "green" this St. Patrick's Day!  We  will be featuring Arizona chef John Hall of the famous "Bianco Group" to our ranch for an evening of local food and wine, great friends and engaging conversation.

Watch the Arizona sun setting over our pasture as we sit together and break bread at a community table, listen to live music and kindle (or re-kindle!) relationships with friends as well as our local food and wine purveyors.

Ticket Includes:

  • 6-Course Dinner, prepared on-site and featuring Arizona's finest local foods grown specifically for this event
  • Wine-Pairing, selected for this event by our favorite Arizona wineries
  • Ranch Tour, led by the Schwennesen Family
  • Live Music, provided by local band
  • Transportation*, from either Tucson or Phoenix, so you can enjoy yourself!
 

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No, but IDs will be checked where deemed necessary during wine service. Children and young adults are welcome, if it is felt that they would enjoy the event. There is no discount for their attendance. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

*We are providing transport from both Phoenix and Tucson. If you select this ticket option, you will be emailed further instructions closer to event as to meeting point, times, etc. 

If you are driving, please use the instructions on this page to get to the ranch. Entrance and parking signs will be posted day of event. 

What should I wear to a dinner on a ranch in March?

We encourage you to wear layers to this event, as the temperature of the open-space may change from arrival time to departure and it is always possible that we will experience winds or even rain. While March is not known for these weather issues, we will still have a "Plan B" for the latter and this is the best way to counteract it.

We also definitely encourage you to wear shoes that are made for walking in dirt or even moist areas. Boots, cowboy or otherwise and without tall heels, are always a great option. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please do. While we will have a printed guest list, this will be our way of verifying.

Is my registration/ticket transferable if I cannot attend?

Yes, but please email us at natalie@goodfoodallies.com if this occurs. 

I want to gift this purchase but don't see an option to do so. What do I do?

You can either purchase it under the giftee's name and pay with your credit card OR purchase the ticket as normal and email us at natalie@goodfoodallies.com to note the name change on the ticket. The former is preferred if possible.

I have dietary restrictions and/or preferences but would still like to attend. Can this be accomodated?

We will try to make accommodations with our capacity. Please note, however, that we will not know final ingredients on menu until day of due to our commitment to seasonality/local purchasing, so if you are wanting to attend and have a very strict diet/allergy, you will want to let us know ahead of time as well as remind us upon your arrival.

Refunds will be distributed up to 75% until March 1st. No refunds will be given after March 1st.
