From November 1-3, GLBC is hosting our second annual Bioneers network event at Roosevelt University in Chicago. This year’s theme is Celebrating Community Resilience.
We believe that building healthy, resilient communities today is an imperative, and are bringing together innovators and practitioners with educators, students, activists and the general public to share sustainable practices around themes of food, water, waste, shelter, energy, the economy, and community. Will you be among them?
These three days will be packed with keynotes, skill shares, interactive workshops and cultural programming - along with moderated sessions on Friday that will focus on building an action plan for community resilience in Chicago. Don’t wait to register! We’re offering early bird registration rates until October 4 with a variety of options that help make this three-day conference affordable.
Great Lakes Bioneers Chicago (GLBC) is a local, self-organized affiliate partner of the national Bioneers movement. In November we will explore solutions to some of the Chicago’s environmental and socio-economic challenges through interactive workshops, panels, skill shares, and performing arts.
