The Charlotte Catholic Women's Group is hosting a Women's Evening of Reflection on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. This event is free of charge and is open to all Women. It is a wonderful opportunity to prepare our minds and hearts as we begin our Lenten journey.
Many of the men of our diocese and in our lives will be attending the 3nd Annual Charlotte Catholic Men's Conference on Saturday, February 16, 2013. Charlotte Catholic Women's Group is working in conjunction with the organizers of the Men's Conference to create a very special weekend for both the Men and Women. Please join us for this special evening with reflections by Fr. Larry Richards and Dr. Ray Gaurendi. Their reflections will focus on helping women respond to the call of Christ in our vocations and in our lives, and will challenge us to live that call more faithfully and authentically.
The agenda for the evening will be as follows:
6:30 - 7:00 p.m. Social and Light Refreshments
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Welcome and talk by Dr. Ray Gaurendi in the Msgr. Allen Center
8:00 - 8:30 p.m. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction led by Fr. Larry Richards
8:30 - 9:30 p.m. Reflection by Fr. Larry Richards
There is no charge to attend the event and guests are welcomed and encouraged! To help us plan, please click on the green "REGISTER" button above.
As busy wives, mothers, and grandmothers, please don't miss out on this opportunity to spend a couple hours with other Catholic women and with our Eucharistic Lord. Any questions can be directed to ccwg123@Gmail.com. We hope to see you there!
