Description

As reflected in this year’s theme: “Use of Data and Technology to Innovate, Value and Reengineer Healthcare”, the Conference will focus on creating models and enabling technologies to address unmet medical needs, better measure and enhance health outcomes, and allow consumers to make more informed decisions on the cost and value of healthcare products and services. At the Conference we will focus on how system stakeholders can provide sustainable improvement in the delivery of high quality affordable healthcare.

The Conference attracts more than 500 industry practitioners and students from Columbia and other top-tier professional schools. Speakers from established healthcare organizations, emerging companies, and investment firms will present informed views on how to create new business opportunities and use data and technology to advance the development and delivery of healthcare products and services leading to more cost-effective patient care. This year we have prominent keynote speakers and six diverse panels:

  • Provider and Payer Strategies
  • Investing in Novel Medical Technologies
  • Biopharmaceuticals
  • Healthcare Investing and Entrepreneurship
  • Healthcare Information Technology
  • Healthcare M&A and Financing

The Conference includes a buffet lunch and career fair with our prominent sponsors -- leading healthcare companies, investors and client service firms that promote healthcare business education and research -- and concludes with a networking reception.
