The day will include panels with experts in legal, medical, financial, housing and work/vocational training, a chance to share stories with other parents and siblings, and a resource fair with local service providers and services

The Transitions Project is a 3-year initiative of Bet Tzedek Legal Services funded by The Unihealth Foundation and is designed to address and to develop coordinated, holistic care for adults over the age of 30 with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their aging family caregivers.
