Thom Crimans is president and owner of FranNet of MidAmerica with offices in Louisville and Indianapolis. A founder of the company’s Louisville office in 1994, Crimans’ service area covers the states of Kentucky and Indiana. As a former corporate executive who worked in human resources, Crimans began his career with FranNet in search of an exciting opportunity to operate his own franchise and follow his dream of business ownership while helping others do the same.
He has successfully matched more than 100 individuals with dozens of separate franchise organizations since 1994.
An expert who assists individuals in exploring franchise opportunities, Crimans’ specialties include career assessment and matching an individual’s skills and core competencies with a franchisor most suited to them. Crimans has personally owned, operated, and sold various franchise businesses. Crimans has a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is also involved in Rotary International and an active volunteer for Every 1 Reads, a community-wide effort to have every child in Louisville’s Jefferson County Public Schools system reading at grade level.
