Career Panels at the Apollo is part of the Apollo Theater Academy, a program which advances career and leadership skills through seminars, workshops, panels and internships focused on professions “behind the-scenes” in the arts and entertainment industries.

Behind the Scenes: Women in Production

Our annual Women’s History Month celebration will feature a panel of women who work behind the scenes in the arts, media, sports, and entertainment industries in the area of production. We will hear about their various career paths and gain a better understanding of the variety of jobs that fall under the heading “production”.


 Moderated by Brenda Williams-Butts, Sr. Director of Community Engagement & Audience Development, New York Public Radio.
