About Sarah:

Sarah Cardozo Duncan, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is a career strategist with an established global client base. Sarah runs her own consulting firm, Career Strategist, and draws upon over twenty years of recruitment and career development experience to help clients define new or existing career paths, or to help them navigate successfully in their current companies.

In 2003, Sarah was recognized by Boston Magazine as one of the 100 most powerful women in Boston. Sarah is an accomplished and highly regarded speaker and workshop leader. She conducts hands-on training and workshops for postdoctoral fellows, as well as companies, trade organizations, and associations. Her commitment and dedication to helping scientists, particularly postdocs, transform their career paths earned her the 2014 Mass AWIS Mentor of Excellence Award.

Important Info for Attendees:

1. Please arrive prior to noon as the workshop officially starts at 12pm. So you don't miss out part of the seminar, we suggest arriving at 11:45am.

2. The Jaharis building will be OPEN so please enter through the main doors of the Jaharis Building at 150 Harrison Ave, Boston.

3. Please bring your Tufts ID or a government-issued Photo ID as you will need to pass through Tufts Security as you enter the building.

4. We have added an extra item to the workshop! You can now get a professional head-shot taken after the seminar from 4-4:45pm, courtesy of fellow Postdoc and avid photographer, Adam Lothrop from the Fuchs lab in Medford.

5. The front doors to the building will be locked at 3:30pm so if you need to leave the building for any reason, please note you will not be able to re-enter through the front doors.

6. Lunch will be provided at 12:30pm and will include Sarah's interactive networking workshop. It will be hot dogs and burgers and we will have a vegetarian option.
