Leslie Appleton-Young is Vice President and Chief Economist for the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), Mrs. Appleton-Young directs the activities of the Association's Member Information Group. She oversees the analysis of housing market and brokerage industry trends, member communications, and membership development activities. She is also closely involved in the Association's strategic planning efforts and is a well-known speaker in California's real estate community.
Gov Hutchinson is assistant general counsel of the California Association of REALTORS®. A member of C.A.R.'s legal team since 1985, Hutchinson manages C.A.R.'s Member Legal Services Program and advises REALTORS® on all aspects of real estate law through the Association's legal hotline. Additionally, Hutchinson is responsible for training and supervising all hotline attorneys.
