Join us for a wonderful afternoon of food and wine at C.G. Di Arie Winery with special guests Paris to Provence co-authors Ethel Brennan and Sara Remington. Paris to Provence is a culinary travelogue of separate summers spent in France, interweaving a collection of recipes with evocative memories and stories of those years. The recipes are simple and accessible to readers, but reflect France’s culinary sophistication and traditions Ethel and Sara discovered during their childhood summers.
Our hosts will be expert wine maker Chaim Gur-Arieh and his wife, Elisheva. Chaim is an inventor and a new food product developer who spent 35 years preparing himself for the role of winemaker at C.G. Di Arie Vineyard & Winery. He and Elisheva, who oversees the winery's brand image, will welcome guests to their stunning winery that sits on 209 acres, complete with a 12,000 sq. ft. wine making facility and tasting room.
