The night begins with an exclusive VIP reception where you will have the opportunity to meet local artists in a gallery setting. This will be followed by a spectacular runway show featuring styles inspired by the most influential painters of the last two centuries, including: Sir Joshua Reynolds, Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Wassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol, Chuck Close, and Georgia O’Keefe. Canvas will feature over 130 models and 30 hair/makeup artists.
First Fridays runway producer and Tucson Fashion Group founder Yekatherina Bruner will present a diverse ensemble of designers, fashion stylists, boutiques and brands including: Phillip Manus, Melanie Lockwood, Jenny Hermalik, RumB, Terysa Ridgeway, Khan Nguyen, Brooke AliciaReyes, Laura Tanzer, Sydney Ballesteros, Diana Lopez, and Tres boutique.
Following the show, the night continues with the official First Fridays After Party at Playground.
