Join Sara, our creative candy maker, to learn the basics of making delicious, handmade candies. On the first day she’ll teach you essential techniques like tempering chocolate and making ganache while you sample chocolates from around the world. On the second day, you’ll pull your sleeves up and use the velvety ganache to make beautiful molded chocolates. You will not be disappointed! $75
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
