If you’re one of the many people avoiding whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds because they’re difficult to digest, sprouted foods may be right up your alley! In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of sprouting your own nuts, seeds and grains at home and we’ll discuss the health benefits of working store-bought and homemade sprouted foods into your everyday diet. We’ll also have a variety of sprouted foods products to sample. This class is part of our Get Your Hands Dirty series.
