We are so sorry Pat Welsh has had to have surgery and will be unable to be our guest speaker for this event, so we have to cancel the event. We are looking to reschedule a talk by Pat in March so please stay tuned.
well known author, and expert on Southern California year round gardening, Pat Welsh, who will be speaking on Growing Great Cool Season Veggies, the Organic Way.
Pat is the author of Pat Welsh’s Southern California Gardening: A Month-by-Month Guide which currently is number #4 under Gardening & Landscape Design Western Region on Amazon.
The talk will focus on gardening in the cooler seasons and will be followed by a question and answer session. After which, Pat will be selling and signing her very popular books.
Pat is an Emmy-award winning garden-writer and author of many books including Pat Welsh’s Southern California Gardening: A Month-by-Month Guide. She’s written countless articles and columns and hosted over 500 television segments and videos. She is an Emmy-award winning garden writer. She also hosted two garden videos for Better Home and Gardens and instructed many in demonstrations on HGTV.

What are my parking options for the event?
The parking lot at the church is small. So, please plan some time to find parking adjacent on the street or at the following lot which is a short five minute walk from Tankersley Hall.
