Chef Charles Imbelli (Chanterelle, Union Square Hospitality Group, Marcus Samuelsson Group) presents a full tasting menu of classic Norman and new New York cuisines with co-conspirator Peter Droste (Hotel Delmano, K&M Bar, The History Channel). About the venue: Donna is a beautiful cocktail bar located on Williamsburg's idyllic southside, adjacent to where the mob used to dispose of bodies just a few short years ago. Built by the accomplished hands of owner Leif Huckman, its magnificent arches and vaults will provide the perfect setting for the first of many dinners to come.
