Keynote Speakers: Brad & Hali Thompson

Brad and Hali, a father and daughter team, will share their experience transitioning to adult services.  Hali is a young college student with multiple disabilities.   Brad and Hali will pique and keep your interest and inspire you to have high expectations for your child/youth with disabilities or special health care needs.

 

Important Details…

· A limited number of parent scholarships  are available through Families Together, Inc. for  overnight lodging for those who travel over 100 miles. Parents should call (785) 233-4777 or 1-800-264-6343 to request  a scholarship.

· A $50 child care voucher is available to parents of children with disabilities and/or special health care needs and who are not in attendance.

· Training certificates for 6.5 hours of training available to attendees!

There is a $20 registration fee to reserve you spot. If you register with a check, the check will be returned when you arrive at the conference. If you register on-line using a credit card, your fee will be refunded by the Monday following the conference.
