This Seminar, put on by Anaerobic Coach Mike Cahill, is for anyone who is interested in bettering their health (this is all of you). It is for the person who can't seem to shed those pounds they have been wanting to for way too long. It is for the person who has had the same DL max, the same mile time, and been on bands for pull ups their entire Crossfit life. We are all in a gym and hoping to look and feel great. It is not ok to be overweight, it is not ok to not reach our potential, and it is not ok to make excuses. Maybe we have been doing it wrong?
