Cahaba GBA 2014 Medicare Expo
Cahaba Government Benefit Administrators®, LLC is pleased to present “Cahaba GBA 2014 Medicare Expo”. Come join us for this in-person educational event open to Part A and Part B providers, office staff, software vendors, billing services and clearinghouses. This is one of the largest face-to-face meetings that Cahaba offers annually. Participants will have the ability to interact with over 350 colleagues for one-on-one networking opportunities and enjoy the pleasures of being surrounded by the views of downtown Chattanooga.

Cost to Attend
Attendees- Two pass, August 6 & 7. This special offer will allow you to attend both days for $135.00 per person.
Attendees - One day pass, August 6 or August 7. This will allow you a 1 day pass for $100.00 per person.
Exhibitors - $350.00 for both days August 6 & 7. Price includes admission for two, pre-event promotions and exhibit table.
Sponsorship - $500.00 for both days August 6 & 7. Price includes admission for two plus exhibitor table, recognition as a sponsor of one of the meals or coffee breaks and pre-event promotion.
All payments are made through Eventbrite credit card processing system.

Check-in will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. (EST). Sessions will begin at 8:00 a.m. and continue throughout the day, concluding at 4:30 p.m.
Cancellations must be received via email no later than July 31, 2014. Please email MedicareOutreach@cahabagba.com to obtain a refund. Refund request after this date will not be honored.

Please save the presentations to your electronic device/computer or print a hardcopy to follow along with during the event. Hardcopies of the presentation will not be provided.
