After a mini-break which allowed for European tours, NYC take-overs and more, FAMILY HEMERLEIN RETURNS FOR A SPECIAL MID-SUMMER EDITION ON THURSDAY, JULY 28TH. It is the single greatest comedy/musical variety show in DC and we've missed it as much as you've missed it.
DETAILS STILL THE SAME:
- Doors and cocktail hour at 7pm
- Performances at 9pm sharp
- Location: Gibson Guitar Showroom, 709 G Street NW (right by the Verizon Center, and accessible from pretty much every metro line out there)
- Tickets: $15 (and they always sell out in advance, so, you know, get them now)
Get this excited:
Naturally, Matthew Hemerlein and Seaton Smith will be back in their usual top form to act as your musical and comedy hosts. If you've seen them before, you know how talented they are. If you haven't you should drop everything you're doing and buy this ticket right now so you can see them on the 28th. It is worth it.
ALSO Naturally, there are guests:
In the comedy corner is Andy Haynes, whose hilarity can be confirmed by watching this clip on him with Jimmy Fallon. Plus, he wears a fake mustache well.
in the musical corner, we have the always amazing Terrence Cunningham returning to play that Baldwin piano and sing his heart out just for you.
and adding a tender touch of femininity is16 year old Cecelia Jeffrey, who is a homegrown talent worth looking out for in the future. Listen to her sing here.
SEE YOU ALL SOON
