Join BYHP, PwC and a diverse group of panelists from payer, provider, pharmaceutical and consumer organizations for a discussion on the hot topics facing the healthcare industry in 2012.
Moderated by Serena Foong, Senior Manager of the PwC Health Research Institute, the panel will focus on key hot topics facing the local and national healthcare industry in 2012 such as defining value, partnering for population health and evolving new business models. Panelist representatives will provide insights on how they will be affected by these changes and share their thoughts on additional hot topics for 2012.

About Serena Foong
Serena Foong is a Senior Manager of the Health Research Institute (HRI) of PricewaterhouseCoopers. HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues. Ms. Foong leads the development of health industry thought leadership and research initiatives. She also manages the research analyst rotation program, research analyst alumni program and internal HRI blog, which connects the consulting practice to thought leadership.
Ms. Foong received her MPH in health policy and management and has 10 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining HRI, she worked with clients in the provider and payer industries. She also consulted with clients in HIPAA Privacy and helped clients build business capabilities through understanding their customer needs and experiences. Ms. Foong has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including health plans, medical centers/health systems, community health organizations, military health and international health.
