BWV UK POLICING FORUM AGENDA ON 19th JUNE 2014

We are hosting an open forum on Body Worn Video for UK police forces and global technology industry leaders from TASER International, to facilitate problems and experiences being shared, and potential incorporations in tomorrow’s technology.

The objective of the day is to run a workshop or interactive forum to share and exchange the practical experiences and issues – the emphasis is on the interactive forum and to facilitate and encourage debate across the workflow for police forces created by the ever-increasing amount of digital evidence, particularly in light of body worn video adoption……

Our Mission: Protect Life. Protect Truth, through Technologies that Make Communities Safer

Our industry leading Conducted Electrical Weapons (CEWs) are used worldwide by law enforcement, military, correctional, professional security, and personal protection markets. TASER CEWs use proprietary technology to incapacitate dangerous, combative, or high-risk subjects who pose a risk to law enforcement/correctional officers, innocent citizens, or themselves in a manner that is generally recognized as a safer alternative to other uses of force. TASER technology protects life, and the use of TASER devices dramatically reduces injury rates for law enforcement officers and suspects.

TASER International is Worldwide

As of June 31, 2012, TASER International has sold approximately 760,000 TASER® brand Conducted Electrical Weapons (CEWs) worldwide to more than 17,000 law enforcement and military agencies. More than 8,000 agencies deploy TASER CEWs specifically to all members of their patrol officers. TASER devices are sold in more than 107 countries.

TASER: Protect Life. Protect Truth

TASER International’s 100,000 sq-ft corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
