Join Cary Institute educators for a family-friendly butterfly adventure.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about butterflies and skippers as they stroll through our fields and trails. Discover what they eat, where they live, and what attracts them to their habitats.
The walk will begin at Cary East (Carriage House), 2917 Sharon Tpk., (Route 44) Millbrook, NY. Space is limited. Please wear sturdy walking shoes and bring drinking water, binoculars, and a camera.

A not-for-profit environmental research and education organization. Focal areas include air and water pollution, climate change, invasive species, and the ecological dimensions of infectious disease.
Parts of the 2,000 acre research campus have been reserved for public education and enjoyment including hiking trails and internal roadways.
