What is an Owners MBA?
We call our program the Owners MBA. Granted “MBA” means Masters in Business Administration. We see the Owners MBA as an advanced program for those committed to growing a business, getting all parts of it on course, and who are prepared to work on their business from the owner/investor 40,000 foot level perspective. It's an improved version of the award-winning "Street MBA" course we developed and taught for 10 years at Austin Community College.
It's two intense days of group and individual owner skill building and strategy sessions to get your business started the right way or on course to grow. And, it’s three meetings to prepare to put what you learn in place.
Some people have business degrees or other management degrees, including ones that focus on entrepreneurship. But unless they are some of our graduates, they have no ownership training because no one else approaches it that way. They teach theory; we teach practicality and immediate application.

Our “Owners MBA Success Essentials” program will help you find your way to better sales and more dollars in your pocket. There is an individual pre-Owners MBA meeting to go over your current business situation and discuss your focus. Two additional one-on-one sessions (in between the 1st and 2nd Session and after the 2nd Session) are used to go over what participants learned and how to implement it immediately.
