These include Tony Hsieh (Zappos), Chip Conley (Joie de Vivre), Chris Zane (Zane's Cycles) and many more. In this talk, he shares some of the secret sauce that they’ve used to master critical challenges facing businesses and grow their companies into large-scale successes.

Antonio Neves is the founder of THINQACTION where he works with entrepreneurs and small business owners to produce exceptional results in their work.  An in demand speaker, Antonio regularly speaks at major events including the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Big Omaha, Thinc Iowa, Unreasonable Climax and more. As an award-winning business journalist, Antonio served as the correspondent of the NBC produced MSN business show “Cool Runnings" and is articles on entrepreneurship appear in Entrepreneur Magazine, MSN Money, CNBC.com and Fox Business. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Antonio holds a masters degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Santa Monica College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Los Angeles District Office offers free, confidential one-on-one business consulting, as well as low-cost workshops, to support new entrepreneurs and current business owners in all aspects of successfully running a small business.  SBDC’s consultants have education and expertise in a diversity of areas, including but not limited to:  Financing, Marketing, Business Operations and Management, Business Planning and more to help your business grow.

The SBDC is funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and also funded in part by state, local, and private sector partners. The Small Business Administration and Resource Partners (such as SBDC, WBC and SCORE) offer a variety of free classes for business owners in its conference room, located at 330 N. Brand Blvd., Suite 1200, Glendale, CA 91203.

The SBA & Resource Partner training workshops are made possible by the generous support of volunteer teachers and presenters. Their time and expertise is appreciated; however, these presentations do not represent an endorsement of the presenters' views, opinions, products, or services by the SBA or Resource Partners. All SBA programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
