Session Five guides participants through the different types of business entities, their benefits and challenges and tax implications of each. This session will feature a business legal expert, providing entrepreneurs a better understand the liability associated with each entity and the opportunities to solicit investments. Participants will also have the opportunity address any general business law questions.

The San Francisco LGBT Community Center’s Small Business Services Program empowers entrepreneurs at any stage, from pre-startup to expansion. We offer free, one-on-one technical assistance, collaborative workshops, an innovative, credit-building microloan program, pre-loan advising and loan packaging, small business mentorship and referrals to our vast small business development network.
