Event Details

Directed by Odín Salazar Flores and the first installment of the Mexican Film Series.

The film Burros (Donkeys) tells the story of Lautaro, a 10 year old boy, who lives in the Tierra Caliente region of Guerrero, in the 40s. When his father is killed he is taken to live with his Aunt Emma. After deciding to run away, he encounters many people, living and dead, who help him on his journey back to his former home.
