Burma Bear Pop-Up Restaurant *Trial Run*
Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Burma Bear is an upcoming Bay-Area pop-up restaurant, featuring California-style BBQ perfectly paired with traditional Burmese cuisine. We're inviting friends and family to join us on September 7th for a trial run at our house in Alameda. It will be a restaurant simulation, which will allow us to work out all the kinks and get early feedback on our dishes.
Your $15 ticket will get you a three-course meal (and free specialty drinks with Facebook check-in). While the set up of the "restaurant" will be very basic (i.e. paper plates), the food will be delicious. At the end of your dining experience with us, you'll have the opportunity to complete a feedback form to help shape the future menu of Burma Bear!
Read the menu and learn more at www.burmabearsf.com
Thanks for supporting us, and we can't wait to see you!!
"The Mandalay" - a customer favorite featuring BBQ prawns and Burmese kow swe thok noodle salad.
I've bought my ticket...now what?
You'll receive an email confirmation with a reservation form. Fill it out to let us know what time to reserve a table for you, as well as what dishes you think you'll order. (This just helps us estimate how much of each dish to prepare.)
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public transportation: You can take BART to Fruitvale, then hop on the 51A, which is a 2-minute ride and stops RIGHT by our house.
Parking: There's ample parking by our house!
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope. Just tell us your name at the door.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, sorry :(
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yup, that's totally fine. Just tell us who you're coming in lieu of.
