BREAK THRU Fitness Club was developed and created by Fitness Motivator Tabitha Christopher to help RAISE HEALTH AWARENESS IN WOMEN. This is an outreach program to help educate and engage women of all ages about the importance of exercise and the dangers of Heart Diesease. This Fitness Program  is unlike any program you have ever experienced! It is 30 MINUTES of High energy, Adrenaline pumping, Fat Burning Workout that's combined with bumping music and with an incredible atmosphere  that would leave you drenched in sweat and REVVING to go for the weekend! Our goal is for you to have a phenomenal workout that's safe, but challenging and will leave you screaming for more!

Ladies there are 43 million women in the US with heart diesease let's take this number down and save ourselves and our loved ones!

SPECIAL GUEST! MMA champion & holder of strongest woman in the world in 2009 Maricelle Mendelson will teach a special self-defense class on SATURDAY AUGUST 3RD Get there early! Sign-in starts at 7:15 a.m. and CLOSES at 7:30 a.m. ONLY the FIRST 30 people will be able to participate! Have to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate


Must check with your physician before engaging in BREAK THRU fitness. This class is for bodies that have little to NO limitations.


You will be required to sign a Release of Liablity form as well as Consent form & waiver (for permission to take pics and or video of you in class)  before participating in the BREAK THRU FITNESS CLUB.



  1. Yoga Mat
  2. Boxing Gloves (if you have a pair) if not can get from Big 5 Sporting Goods store
  3. Water
  4. Towel
  5. Proper Work out tennis shoes with socks
  6. Breathable work out clothes
  7. Bring a friend or two (more fun working out with friends!)
  8. Ready for the work out of your life attitude!

FITNESS MOTIVATOR Tabitha Christopher


Fitness Motivator Tabitha Christopher, experience spans over more than 10 years as a competitive runner and Athletic Trainer for both high school and college athletes. She is CPR/AED certified, nationally certified in ACE Group Fitness and Personal Training, kickboxing, TRX, XCO, Flexi Bar, and ZUMBA!  She was accepted the rare opportunity to study and train under the leadership and guidance of Wellness Practitioner Ulrick J. Bein-Aime, who is the Creator for the Exercise Programs for the Boys & Girls Club of America, the Coca-Cola Company and owner of Bien Aime Fitness Studio in Atlanta.  Through the two year program she expanded her training from athletics and general clientele to assessing and training Firemen, police officers, and high ranked officials of the U.S. army at Fort McPherson Military Basein Atlanta, GA. Tabitha is now in Los Angeles, CA where she continues to practice the wellness transformation techniques. My mission is to engage and educate on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle one mind, one body, one life at a time! I NEED YOUR HELP!
