How important is your brand? A recent survey found:
- 72 percent of consumers say brand reputation influences their buying decisions.
- 80 percent of employees will accept less pay to work with a company with an excellent reputation.
- 89 percent say brand reputation is a tiebreaker when products are otherwise equal.
In great companies today, PR and Marketing work together to ensure that all team members are “Living the Brand.” This is crucial to protecting the brand, managing your reputation and ensuring your organization’s success in the marketplace.
To help PR practitioners become better brand managers, the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America is hosting this interactive seminar.
Participants will learn how to successfully transition from the brand voice to the social media brand voice with the assistance of an army of employee champions. You will also learn how to arm your brand champions with brand education and good judgment. This is especially important as more companies engage their brand’s constituents online.
