Founder, Foodstirs, Inc.
Foodstirs was born from a realization that as a busy working mom, it was challenging to find time to be creative in the kitchen, let alone have the energy to incorporate my kids in the process. However, when my daughter and her friends would come over they always wanted to cook or bake. We would spend some time looking through cookbooks, surfing the web trying to find the perfect food crafting project, only to realize I didn’t have the ingredients and tools to immediately stir up the project. It should be easier. My kid’s excitement and enthusiasm motivated me to create Foodstirs.
Foodstirs gives children and parents a fun, curated and convenient way to be creative in the kitchen. With our food crafting kits and healthy entrée recipes, we hope to inspire kids and spark a love and appreciation for homemade cooking. And the best part is, that we as adults can learn how to cook new amazing recipes with our kids. I’m still learning, too, and that’s what makes Foodstirs so special. Together, we can laugh at our mistakes and celebrate our kitchen accomplishments!
