Building an MVP Through Authentic Engagement

Why Founders Should Eschew Automation in Pursuing an MVP

A Minimum Viable Product or Process (MVP) is the single best way to create a new business. Most people would rather use the acronym than do the work. It's not their fault though, MVPs can actually be fairly difficult to create. Step one is truly breaking down the goals of a business. Step two is discovering the most basic way to test that assumption. Step three is *actually* interacting with people to gather data. It isn't until step five or sixteen that you move beyond the MVP phase and start building a product. Don't fret, we have good news! Once you see the light, it is almost impossible to unsee the beauty of an MVP.
