Join Edge, Steak & Bar Executive Chef Aaron Brooks along with special guest Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, Founder of Coral Gables’ acclaimed Eating House, for an interactive “Bubbles & Brunch” cooking class on June 22nd from 11 am – 1 pm. Enjoy champagne and other bubbly beverages while the Chefs walk you through how to prepare an array of brunch items including the perfect eggs benedict. The class will be held in a pop-up location within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, and stay secret until the day of. Creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Brooks and Chef Rapicavoli, the class has a maximum of 12 participants.
The cooking class is $75 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Cost includes a welcome cocktail, unlimited wine and beer, a take-home gift bag, and, of course, plenty of food.
