The cool, Spring air in March begs for a delicious brunch. While we can’t have real bubbles during the class, we can whip up four delicious brunch treats that are perfectly matched with your favorite glass of cava, mimosa or Bellini. Our menu will include a brioche French toast, baked egg in cocotte, eggs Benedict and blinis (thin pancakes) with smoked salmon.
