Transforming the Global Food System: Solutions To One Billion Starving
Join Ruth Messinger, President of the American Jewish World Service, for a discussion of the causes and effects of global food insecurity, and how governments, NGOs and the private sector are working to transform our global food system. In particular, we'll hear about the ways that AJWS is leveraging human and financial capital, in projects large and small, to create a world where all are fed.
Admission is free if you register in advance, or a $5 donation to Urban Adamah if you register at the door.
Bring your lunch!
As with all events at Urban Adamah, please bring a canned good to donate to our food bank. Thanks for your support!
