2013 BROTHA-2-BROTHA WORKSHOPS
My Foundation: The BLUEPRINT
This workshop aims to support participants with tapping into their purpose and passion. The young men will leave clearer about their purpose and passion, they will create a purpose statement, and they will create a 10-day action plan/blueprint consistent with this purpose. In this workshop the young men will learn that their purpose and passion may shift from moment to moment, but that power comes in standing for something.
Passion to Profit
In this workshop participants are challenged to think in a way that will show them that no matter what they love to do or what their passions are, they are able to create viable, profitable and legal revenue streams from them.
Winning the Game: On and Off the Court
This panel consists of a straightforward conversation with the young men about the importance of proper nutritional intake, being still, exercising, and how each of these effect the growing diagnosis of cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, STI, and other ailments within the Pan-African community. They will have a profound understanding of how ones health can either support their dreams, or kill them off. Each of the young men will leave the workshop declaring a new commitment to their health that is consistent with their ability to fulfill on their purpose and passion.
This workshop will provide the young men with a blueprint for what to expect as they step into manhood. They will explore concepts of integrity, financial responsibility, leadership, communication, and how their choices and actions of today can and will impact their future. They will leave with a plethora of resources and avenues to support their purpose and passion.
