BRF focuses on music and visual entertainment while also providing opportunities for food and merchandise vendors. The BRF is held a block away from the Shepherd Station (MTA ‘C’ Line) at Arts East NY’s 20,000 sq. ft outdoor lot (capacity 800).
Cypher League is producing the festival, and Arts East NY is promoting community interaction and providing the venue. Zuri Marley is also providing her family’s brand name and Jamaican brands.
The BRF is bringing together the elements of Brooklyn that make the borough legendary: hip-hop, art, diversity, community, vibes, and good food, and talent.
