Event Details

Join the Pearson Foundation and Seneca Family of Agencies for an early evening discussion of student self-worth, engagement and purpose, led by Dr. Russell Quaglia, America's foremost authority on the development and achievement of student aspirations.

In this interactive gathering, Dr. Quaglia will introduce the Aspirations Framework and the 8 Conditions that Matter if students are to strive for, and fulfill, their academic, personal and social achievement. Together we'll explore how understanding student self-worth, engagement and sense of purpose is being applied across the US and internationally.

Russ will be joined by David Reilly from Sequoia Union High School District and Amy Boyle from Coliseum College Prep Academy. Using their schools and work as examples, they will lead group discussion on collaborative community and student engagement, and on how we can move from discovery to action.

Please note: parking is somewhat limited, so please arrive early and carpool if you can. Parking is also available on Chabot Road.
