Author of the forthcoming book, "I Killed a Rabid Fox with a Croquet Mallet and Other Stories to Make Your Business Memorable," Nicolas regularly speaks on branding, marketing and PR topics. He is also a co-founder of Middlebury College’s intensive winter term program, MiddCORE – Creativity, Opportunity, Risk and Entrepreneurship.


 

  Sandra Clarke, CFO, North America Sales & Services, Philips Healthcare
Sandra Clarke, Philips Healthcare

Sandra Clarke is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for North America Sales & Services, a $4B+ division of Philips Healthcare and Royal Philips Electronics. In her five years with Philips Healthcare, Sandra has held Head of Finance positions with various divisions, including Clinical Care Systems and Emerging Market Monitoring.

Sandra has more than 15 years of experience in financial operations, including 11 years with Siemens Water Technologies, a water and wastewater filtration and purification company and division of Siemens AG. While there, she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in the role of Vice President of Finance and Controller, Services and Products, before joining Philips Healthcare in 2007.

Sandra is a graduate of Bentley University, where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Dan DeNisco, Robert Half Management Resources

Dan DeNisco is the senior vice president of Robert Half Management Resources, a division of Robert Half International Inc. and the world's premier provider of senior-level accounting and finance professionals on a project and interim basis. Dan is headquartered in Tampa, Fl., and is responsible for domestic operations.

Since joining RHI in 1985 as a recruiting manager, Dan has held several highly visible positions within the company including area manager for Upstate New York and Southeastern Canada, regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic and senior regional manager for the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida.

In 1975, Dan began his career in Buffalo, N.Y. at J.D. Elliott & Co. CPAs.  During his ten years with the large CPA firm, he worked as a staff accountant, a senior manager and became a partner and a shareholder.  

Dan has a B.S. degree in Accounting from SUNY at Buffalo and is an inactive licensed CPA in New York State.

David Donlan serves as Sales Director for HubSpot in Cambridge, MA. As a Sales Director, David is responsible for the HubSpot Enterprise Team, and the day to day operations of HubSpot’s Customers, more than 7,500 businesses world-wide. As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, he has developed a sound marketing strategy that caters to all businesses looking to increase their online visibility and demand generation.

Prior to joining HubSpot, David worked for several prominent Marketing and Media firms, including the the AberdeenGroup (a Harte Hanks Company), the Boston Herald, and Bitpipe (a TechTarget company). Having grown up in Hingham, MA, David graduated from Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA and Bryant University in Rhode Island with a BS and BA in Computer Information Systems and Marketing. When he is not working, you can find David walking around Castle Island in South Boston where he currently lives, with his wife Sheila, a nurse at Tufts Medical Center.

 

  Jane Lennox, Chief Development Officer, Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech
Jane Lennox, Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech

Jane Lennox has served the nonprofit and philanthropic sector for over three decades.  She currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech.  Founded in 1867, Clarke is a nonprofit organization devoted to helping children who are deaf gain the listening, learning, and spoken language skills they need to succeed in school and in life.  Previously, she held senior staff positions at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy, and the American School for the Deaf.  Additionally, Jane was the founder of Lennox Associates, a consulting firm serving nonprofit organizations and private foundations for over 15 years.  She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Public Policy where she teaches "Resource Development for Nonprofit Organizations."
