Q & A For Sellers:
What's included in the seller's fee?
The "Sellers" fee is $25.00. You will be provided a covered 6ft rectangular table and two chairs. We will also provide yummy snacks during the swap meet, as well as coffee and sweets.
How much time will I have for setup?
Setup will take place from 9AM-10:30AM
Will I have to accept cash only?
We do not have restrictions on payment terms between sellers and buyers. All sales will be made strictly between sellers & buyers much like a community yard sale. You may accept cash, PayPal, Square, Google, etc. Of course cash will be easiest. ALL sales are final.
Selling your gown only?
No problem. You may sell your gown then leave, but hopefully you'll stay for the festivities. If you have someone attending to help you sell items simply purchase one "seller" ticket.
Q & A For Buyers:
What are some of the items being sold?
Based on the feedback that we've received from sellers so far there will be a variety of items offered for sale - new and gently worn gowns, veils, jewelry, glass vases, candles, silk flower bouquets & centerpieces, favor kits, table numbers, invitation kits, linens, card boxes, and more.
What time will the doors open?
The doors will open and the Bridal Swap Meet will begin at 11AM. Be sure to arrive early.
Will there be a place to try on gowns?
Yes, there will be a community dressing area. If you are planning to try on gowns we suggest wearing leggings or something that makes changing easy.
Will there be bridal vendor tables too?
This is a unique event that is different from the usual bridal show. There will not be vendor booths but we will have a DJ & a Photographer. And of course we'll have the Bridal Gown Shoppe. There will be alterations and custom gown experts on hand to assist you as well.
What does $10.00 buyer the ticket include?
Your ticket will include entry into the Swap Meet, food tastings from the venue's chef, and fun door prizes from top vendors. We will provide shopping bags for the first 50 people in line. The venue's Event Coordinator will be available to answer questions and to show you around.
What forms of payment will the sellers accept?
We do not have restrictions on payment terms between sellers and buyers. All sales will be between made strictly between sellers and buyers much like a community yard sale. Some sellers may require cash only while others may accept PayPal, Square and other electronic payments.
