Brick-Nic Group Workout/"Creating a Race Plan Clinic"

Having a race plan is key to completing a successful half and full ironman. HIP Coordinator, Brady Nelson, will lead a session in devising your Race Plan for your half or full ironman. This includes devising your goals for each portion of your race, as well race weekend logistics, such as a timeline for preparing for your race and your nutrition plan during the race. We will also discuss mental preparation for prior to your race.

Brady will start the group off with clip-in time starting at 8am. The race plan clinic will follow the workout while the BBQ is getting set up. Be sure to stay for the delicious food!
