Our Brewmaster Dinner is back! Enjoy a prix fixe menu inspired by summer in SF, and the craft beer brewed on site by Brewmaster Kim Sturdavant. The menu is created by the expert hands of Chef Chris Wong, and will be paired with our beers for an unforgettable evening in the Sunset.
Dinner will be served on the mezzanine level in a community style setting, with Brewmaster Kim and Chef Chris as your hosts.

Family style appetizer - Summer brochettes of yellow peach, pork belly and mission ﬁg with apricot gastrique.
Paired with SKB pilsner
First course - Salmon Rillettes, summer giardiniera, watercress salad and brioche toast.
Paired with SF Session
Second course - Rosemary roasted Spareribs with corn-zucchini succotash and garlic oil, (ﬁsh option - grilled yellowtail jack.)
Paired with The Smell IPA
Third course - Olive oil plum cake with Red Beauty plums, blackberry sauce and Framboise caramel.
