Event Details

This class is a great confidence builder all around the topic of pairing beer with food.  Beer and cheese are a super easy match, and once you master that in just two hours, you're off!

We'll pair up creamy brie, crunchy aged Gouda, and tangy blues with lots of great beers. You'll learn about the spectrum of beer and the spectrum of cheese and other strategies for making great matches.

Boston Wine School

A lot of people have never been to a Boston Wine School class before, so let me tell you what to expect.

First of all, we are a guaranteed 100% snob-free zone. No matter who you are. No matter how much you know about wine. We know how to make wine interesting and interactive for everyone.
 
Classes are small — usually 15 students max — and usually start with sparkling wine, then bread, cheese, olives and antipasto. Expect to taste 6-8 specially selected wines. Weekend classes include dinner, featuring vegetarian options.
