This Baptist Health sponsored breastfeeding support group is led by an RN-Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or RN-CLC (Certified Lactation Counselor) and is offered on 2nd Tues. morning and 4th Tues. evening of every month at the YMCA. The group covers topics such as building milk supply, going back to work, sleep patterns, adding foods to your baby's diet and other concerns of the new mother. It is an open forum where everyone is encouraged to share and discuss issues that are important to them as well as form those bonds that having a new baby brings. Babies of all ages are welcome!
Seating is limited so please register for the class.
