Event Details

Breakthrough: “an instance of achieving success in a particular sphere or activity.”

Every single business faces some challenges in almost every area of their company that is usually one answer away from a breakthrough. Whether it’s problematic or to accommodate growth or downsizing, often, our CEO’s/owners don’t have the time or the resources to examine the challenge and develop a solution.

For this year we have selected 10 top topic areas to discuss and provide you an opportunity to "break through" your challenges and get to the next level.  With an introduction of trending topics for companies in sales, operations, human resources, strategic planning and more, top management/owners will get the benefit of working in group activities designed to help iron out options to "break through" your challenge.  Also, you're invited to bring your immediate challenges for the "hot seat" portion and let the group help you resolve these concerns as well.

Best of all, after the session you can schedule free one-on-one consulting at your company location with one of our A Team members to help you to further analyze or assess the challenge at hand, advise on your opportunities or help create the action plan.

Join us today for this important series and "break through" any blockages on the road to success. Choose from convenient Tuesday afternoon (2:00 - 5:00 pm) or Wednesday evening (6:00 - 9:00 pm) sessions, or 'mix and match' according to your schedule.  November's session topic is Sales.  Despite the fact that most people use the words "sales" and "marketing" interchangeably, the two activities really are different. Marketing involves selecting or defining the right product, pricing strategy, promotional programs and distribution outlets for your particular audience or market.  Sales is the part of your business that involves the steps you take to get the customer to actually buy your product or service.  This session will demonstrate how to successfully communicate your product's Unique Value Proposition and Unique Selling Proposition and potential buyers.
